How to make regular donations

Regular donations are fantastic as they allow us to plan our work strategically over time. To donate regularly to BioRegional by direct debit, please contact us for a direct debit form.

If you are in employment you may like to consider payroll giving
Also known as Give As You Earn, payroll giving allows you to make regular donations to charities through your salary. The payroll department will deduct donations before the tax is calculated, making this kind of giving a tax efficient way of supporting our work.

For instance: If you are a basic rate taxpayer and you donate £10 per month, your gift will only cost you £8.00. The Inland Revenue will then add £2.00, at no extra cost to you.  If you are a higher rate taxpayer, it will cost you even less. Your employer may offer a ‘match giving' scheme. This means that they will match - or in some cases double - your gift at no extra cost to you.

Check with your payroll department to see if your company offers a Payroll Giving Scheme – if not, why not ask them to set one up?  We will get in touch when we receive your first donation, to say thank you for becoming a BioRegional supporter.

If you would like to discuss becoming a regular donor please contact Arabella Scarisbrick tel. +44 (0) 20 8404 6331.

The entrepreneurial spirit of BioRegional has catalysed real and lasting examples of how we can meet our needs in a sustainable way and play fair with the developing world. This is the new mainstream not an alternative lifestyle.
